Integra serves Enterprises, Digital Native Businesses, and Public Sector organizations, delivering secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions backed by local expertise and a strong commitment to innovation.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in FastAPI and/or Django, and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on backend development experience. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and delivery teams based in Dubai and Riyadh, contributing to scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices that power high-impact products for regional and global customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Django.Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend components and microservices.Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL) and external services.Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, DevOps, QA, and our Dubai & Riyadh delivery teams.Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize queries, and improve API efficiency.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development.Strong experience with FastAPI and/or Django frameworks.Solid understanding of ORMs, relational databases, and REST design principles.Experience working with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Celery, or message queues.Familiarity with Docker, containers, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).Ability to write unit tests and follow clean coding practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good to haveExperience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or async programming.Exposure to CI/CD tooling and modern DevOps practices.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Why work with IntegraWork from Kochi or fully remote — flexible and hybrid-friendly.Opportunity to collaborate with international teams in Dubai and Riyadh.Opportunity to travel onsite.Work on impactful applications used across the Middle East and beyond.Collaborative, high-growth engineering culture.Competitive salary and skill-development opportunities.
