We are looking for: Position: Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:● Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date.● Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.● Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.● Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).● Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation.● Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.Qualifications:● 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools/ATS.● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
