Job Title: German Language Trainer (B1 / B2 Certified) – Nursing Candidates (ON Site- Guwahati,Assam) About KareerCoach KareerCoach is a fast-growing international nurse placement company helping Indian nurses secure employment in Germany. We provide structured German language training and end-to-end support to ensure our candidates achieve B2 proficiency and successfully transition to Germany. Location: Learnnet Institute of Skills, Brindaban Path, S.B. Complex, Hatigaon Main Rd, Hatigaon, Guwahati, Assam – Role Overview We are hiring a committed German language trainer who can take nursing candidates from A1 to B2 with discipline, structure and strong follow-up. This role is performance-focused and result-oriented, where your methodology and batch management will directly determine student outcomes. Goal: Ensure students achieve B2 level competency and are fully prepared for TELC B2 standards. Key Responsibilities 1)Deliver German language training (A1 to B2) to nursing candidates. 2)Ensure students follow a structured study plan and stay consistent. 3)Conduct grammar sessions, expression building, reading/listening practice and speaking drills. 4)Track student improvement, attendance and discipline. 5)Assist KareerCoach team in academic activities beyond your primary batch (as required).(Take secondary batch if reqd) 6)Provide weekly feedback to management on progress and readiness. 7)Motivate and mentor students to maintain focus and exam preparation. Requirements 1)Certified in German Language – minimum B1, preferably B2 (TELC / Goethe / ÖSD / TestDaF). 2)Prior experience training students for TELC B2 exam preferred. 3)Minimum 2 years classroom training experience (nursing/medical training preferred). 4)Deep understanding of TELC B2 exam structure, modules, scoring and preparation strategy. 5)Strong batch discipline, structured teaching style, and result-focus. 6)Immediate joiners preferred.
