Job Title: Practice Excellence Assistant Manager (US Healthcare)Company: Nath Outsourcing Solutions (NOS)Location: Mohali (Alpha IT City, Sector 83)Work Mode: On-siteShift: Night (Monday - Friday)About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Practice Excellence Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our US Healthcare clients. You will be the key link between our client and internal teams, driving process improvements and ensuring excellence in billing, collections, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for daily client communication.Bridge gaps between departments to streamline billing & collections.Develop & implement strategies to optimize practice workflows.Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in the healthcare industry.Mandatory 2+ years of direct client communication experience.Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, collections, and compliance.Proven track record in process improvement and achieving results.Excellent leadership and collaborative skills.Ready to elevate your career?
