Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field. 2. Experience in system implementation project management, or Back-Office trade operations.3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. 4. Conduct end-to-end process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements aligned with regulatory and operational standards. 5. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements related to data maintenance of trade systems. (Mandatory for VP/AVP).6. Strong understanding of trade finance systems, master and static data. 7. Liaise with IT, business users, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. 8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies. 10. Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation, issue tracking, and resolution. 11. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and MS Office. 12.
