About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Process Trainers who can deliver impactful and high-quality training sessions. Candidates with a background in BPO training and Digital Marketing processes are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs covering process, domain, and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and customize training content accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate training records, assessments, feedback, and reporting trackers.
  • Drive continuous improvements based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 4 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years as a Trainer in a BPO environment.
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing processes preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • English proficiency required (SVAR score above 75).

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
