As we continue to scale, we're looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to lead lifecycle marketing efforts across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns including onboarding, replenishment, loyalty, winback, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Create automated flows for cart/browse abandonment, back-in-stock alerts, price drops, and other strategic triggers.
  • Manage customer segmentation using Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) models, behavior triggers, and customer cohorts.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to build brand-consistent communication.
  • Analyze performance metrics like open rate, click-through rate, conversion, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Ideal Candidate Profile

We're seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in D2C or beauty/personal care brands.
  • Proficiency with tools like Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and performance tracking.
