About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Continental Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and ensure exceptional quality in food preparation, taste, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate must have deep experience in continental cuisine, menu engineering, kitchen supervision, and maintaining high culinary standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring timely and quality food preparationCreate, plan, and execute continental cuisine menus (starters, mains, desserts)Innovate new dishes, plating styles, seasonal menus, and special cuisine offeringsEnsure food consistency, taste, portioning, and presentation standardsMonitor inventory, food costing, wastage control, and kitchen budgetingMaintain kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI complianceTrain and mentor junior chefs, cooks, and kitchen staffCoordinate with management for kitchen planning, events, and kitchen operationsEnsure timely service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special eventsHandle vendor management, sourcing high-quality raw materials and ingredientsInspect and maintain equipment, ensuring smooth kitchen functioningSkills & RequirementsMinimum 5–10 years of culinary experience with strong expertise in Continental cuisineDiploma or certification in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferredExperience supervising kitchen teams in restaurants, hotels, or resortsStrong knowledge of Italian, French, Mediterranean, and European cuisinesExpertise in plate presentation, sauces, baking, and grilling techniquesUnderstanding of food costing, menu pricing, and inventory systemsAbility to work under pressure and manage high-order volumesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work in shifts, weekends, & peak hoursPersonality TraitsPassionate about food and culinary creativityAttention to detail and disciplineTeam-oriented leadershipHigh sense of hygiene and professional etiquetteCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceFood and accommodation (optional)Performance-based incentivesOpportunity to create signature menus and contribute to the brand’s culinary identity.Supportive and dynamic work environment.
