The ideal candidate should be confident, sales-driven, and experienced in student counselling within the education, training, fashion, beauty or wellness industry.This is a performance-oriented role requiring excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, and a proven track record in achieving admissions targets.Job Location: Kukatpally, HyderabadRole Type: Full-timeWebsite: www.tift.inLead Management and ConversionsMake outbound calls to leads and handle online/offline inquiriesConvert inquiries into walk-ins through consistent follow-upsCounsel prospective students on courses, fee structure, admission process, and career outcomesConvert walk-ins into confirmed admissions and collect fees as per processTargets and ReportingAchieve monthly targets on admissions, batches, and fee collectionMaintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollmentsShare daily walk-in trackers and admission trackers with the managementDay to Day OperationsSupport and manage day-to-day operational work at the branchMaintain student files, documents, and ensure compliance with admission proceduresUse MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and documentationUse social media tools, especially WhatsApp, for communication and follow-upsRequired Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline2–5 years of experience as a Counselor (education industry preferred)Strong communication in English, Hindi, and TeluguPractical experience in counselling & concept sellingStrong convincing skills and ability to meet monthly targetsProficient in MS Office, especially ExcelExperience with WhatsApp/social media for communication is an added advantageCompensationRs.3.00LPA to Rs.4.00LPAIncentive basis performanceAdditional NotesSalary will depend on qualification, experience, and performance during evaluationNot everyone will be offered the highest salary slab
