Data Integration Specialist Job Description This role involves driving project delivery and operations in a given business sub-capability. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders and strategic business partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and project delivery. The key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica or equivalent tools. Proficiency in R scripting and Python scripting, strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases, and hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or similar are essential for this role. A solid understanding of SDLC principles and software engineering best practices is also required. The Data Integration Specialist will create detailed solution/service design based on functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for this role. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica or equivalent tools. Write and optimize R and Python scripts for data transformation, cleansing, and automation. Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to extract, transform, and load data efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems. Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage and execute projects effectively. Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
