Position: AI Engineer Client Location: UBS – Kharadi, Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Compensation: Up to ₹25LPA (including variable) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Mandatory Skills AI Engineer , Azure , Spring AI , LangChain , LangGraph , Artificial Intelligence Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise solutions using Azure Cloud AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services). Build and optimize cloud-based AI applications focused on LLM integration, performance, and scalability. Implement frameworks such as Spring AI , LangChain , LangGraph , LlamaIndex , Agno , and Pydantic for generative AI development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and operationalize AI/ML models , ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards. Conduct model evaluations, fine-tuning, and lifecycle management following Agile delivery practices . Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences. Technical Expertise Required Proven experience in Azure AI Cloud Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Machine Learning Studio). Expertise in AI/ML frameworks : Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, Pydantic. Strong programming skills in Python and Java . Experience with data science fundamentals , algorithmic modeling, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques. Knowledge of prompt engineering , vector databases , and model orchestration . Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work effectively in a global, agile, and fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science , AI/ML , Data Science , or related field. Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is a strong plus.
