Scrum Master

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master, who will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint processes, and drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Facilitation:Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure that Agile principles and best practices are consistently applied across teams.Sprint Management:Plan, monitor, and manage sprint activities to ensure timely delivery.Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-refined product backlog.Team Management & Collaboration:Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.Coach team members on Agile principles and encourage self-organization.Promote open communication and effective problem-solving among cross-functional teams.Stakeholder Management:Act as a bridge between the development team and key stakeholders.Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with sprint goals and deliverables.Continuous Improvement:Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for process optimization.Drive initiatives that enhance team productivity and delivery quality.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through Agile transformations.
