Location: Bangalore Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Main Skills: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Agile/Scrum Delivery, Service Delivery Management, Team Leadership, Client & Stakeholder Management, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).


Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced service delivery manager to lead enterprise-scale Java-based projects and drive high-performance delivery. If you have a strong background in Java technologies and a proven track record in managing distributed Agile teams, this role is for you


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Java projects (development & support).
  • Manage Agile teams (Java, QA, DevOps) and ensure timely, secure delivery.
  • Drive client engagement, delivery KPIs, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in delivery/program management.
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management & SLAs.
  • Bonus: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps (Jenkins, Docker, K8s), PMP/CSM/SAFe.
  • Knowledge OR hands-on experience into AI

Industry experience in BFSI, healthcare, retail, or telecom is a plus
