Technology transfer from Piloting-R&D to Commercial Operations.Work closely with R&D and pilot plant teams for engineering supports & Selection, technology transfer and optimisation of R&D process during scale-up and commercial production at manufacturing facility.2. Basic & Detailed Process DesignPreparation of Basic engineering documents and details.Review of process designs and all technical deliverables from external consultants/advisors/vendors for Process documents, detailed engineering documents, plant design & calculations, specifications, BOQ/ Tender documents and drawings etc.Participate in technical discussions to provide detailed feedback and justifications for design finalization and criteriaEquipment’s selection, Finalisation of equipment list and specifications.3. Product ExpertiseDevelop detailed understanding of products’ manufacturing requirements, quality norms, raw materials, utilities, effluent and safety norms as well as associated risks and possible optimisation for commercialisation as in-house expert.4. Project ImplementationAs built activities at Site.Providing necessary inputs engineering inputs to other disciplines.Ensure to implementation of project execution activities as per process and operation’s needs.Ensure to implementation of learning of R&D & Pilot Plant.Identify and Mitigation of technical risk during project.Assist in project implementation activities for setting up commercial production lines during execution, pre-commissioning, commissioning & plant trials for start of production as well as product changeover5. Participate in decision making for various technical and processrelated matters, Hazop, Safety and quality audits.6.
