Job Role: Oracle HCM ConsultantLocation of Requirement : Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, PuneExperience : 6 to 10 yrsMust-Have: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and configuration.In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Journeys, including the configuration of templates, tasks, and task types (e.G., Process Automation, User Defined Content).Experience implementing and extending Oracle's Digital Assistant and AI agents for HCM use cases.Good-to-Have:HR and business acumen:Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, technical solutions.Project and consulting skills:Experience working in a consultative or advisory role with internal or external customers.Excellent communication skills for documenting technical specifications and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role : Oracle HCM Journeys and AI agents would target candidates with strong Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and implementation experience, specifically with the Journeys framework and the embedded AI tools. The role requires a blend of functional HR knowledge, technical expertise in Oracle's cloud technology, and an understanding of generative AI capabilities. The primary goal is to use these tools to automate HR workflows and enhance the overall employee experience. Position SummaryThe Oracle HCM Consultant/Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of employee experience solutions using Oracle HCM Journeys and AI agents. This role combines business analysis with deep functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM platform to deliver personalized, intelligent, and automated HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
