As we enter our next phase of scale, we are looking for a brand storyteller and marketing leader to take Empor’s narrative to the next level — both inside and out.Role OverviewAs the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you will be the custodian of Empor’s brand voice, driving storytelling across all customer and talent touchpoints. You’ll lead strategic messaging, content, and visual alignment across Empor’s offerings and campaigns — while also building our internal brand as a Great Place to Work. This role demands a balance of strategy, creativity, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role may require you to work across other sister brands - The Guild & SME Futures.Key Responsibilities External Marketing & Brand Strategy evolve Empor’s brand positioning, voice, and messaging architectureCreate powerful sales presentations, creds decks, event pitch decks, and case studiesCraft messaging for campaigns, website, emailers, brochures, and social mediaCollaborate with business, creative, and digital teams to drive demand-gen messagingWork closely with leadership to elevate Empor’s industry presence via thought leadership, partnerships, and content-led visibility Content & CommunicationWrite and manage content across channels: LinkedIn, emailers, blogs, internal commsOversee video scripts, campaign messaging, landing pages, and ad copyMaintain brand tone and visual coherence across all materials and verticals Internal Communications & Employer BrandingOwn internal branding initiatives — culture campaigns, newsletters, team recognitionsCreate engaging content for internal events, GPTW stories, team onboarding decks, etc.Partner with HR to make Empor a visible and aspirational workplace for future talent Execution & Project ManagementWork with designers and video editors to bring stories to life (you write the brief and direct output)Maintain a content calendar, asset library, and brand guidelinesTrack campaign performance and engagement with basic analytics/reportingIdeal Candidate ProfileWhat We’re Looking For4–7 years in brand communications, B2B marketing, or content strategyStrategic thinker with storytelling instincts and creative flairCan independently manage projects end-to-end with tight timelinesCopywriting, narrative building, deck creation (PPT), brand tone maintenanceWorks well with Management, sales, creative and HR teamsAgency, startup, or in-house marketing role in B2B/SaaS/tech preferred Bonus Points If You HaveExperience in a B2B marketing agency or CXO community-driven brandBuilt employer branding or internal communications programs beforeHands-on experience with design tools, MS Teams, Canva, Salesforce, or LinkedIn campaignsWhy Join Empor?Be part of a fast-scaling, innovation-first agency rewriting the rules of B2BDirectly influence how India’s top IT and SaaS brands engage and growWork closely with a passionate leadership team that values creativity, ownership, and agility
