SAP Callidus

We are looking for an experienced SAP APM (Agent Performance Management) / SAP Callidus ICM Consultant with strong workflow automation and Groovy scripting expertise. If you have hands-on experience in SAP Callidus and a strong understanding of US Healthcare domain processes, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Manage, configure & enhance SAP Callidus APM / ICM systems Design & optimize broker/agency onboarding workflows within APM/ICM Implement and maintain Groovy scripting for automation and system customization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements & deliver solutions Perform enhancements & ongoing configuration changes as per business needs Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APM, ICM, workflows, and integrations Work with external systems for broker integration and API-based workflows Create and maintain documentation: configurations, process flows, changes Support UAT, training, testing cycles, and change management activities Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in SAP APM / SAP Callidus ICMExperience in advanced workflowsExpertise in Groovy scriptingKnowledge of US Healthcare domainGood understanding of API programming within SAP workflows (added advantage)Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & communication skills
