PlusesPrior work delivering consumer-grade digital product experiences.Experience implementing Lit Web componentsExperience building hybrid (React Native) or multi-platform mobile solutions.Experience using Figma Code Connect, Make, and/or MCP. ResponsibilitiesPartner with global, cross-functional teams across Design, Marketing, Technology, and Architecture.Develop, maintain, and enhance style guides and UI component libraries for worldwide product teams.Use Figma to create prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts for rapid ideation, validation, and user testing.Ensure compliance with the company's standards, W3C WCAG accessibility guidelines, and promote emerging industry best practices.Support the Design System practice by contributing to resources, workflows (automated/manual), and documentation.
