Travel between Bengaluru/Hyderabad may be required on regular basis.Joining date: In a month's time, Nov 2025Education and Work experience:MBA or CA with 10-12 years of experience covering Risk Management and preferably BCM Preferred Industry experience Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG and Technology.Risk Practitioners or Consultants who have worked closely with Clients. The role:Lead implementation of Risk management (ERM/BCM), both product and services, with support from team and guidance from SME or COOWork at client location (part time) on their projects/programs, and help address their core challenges while building the risk awareness culture (Note: this is not a full secondment role to client)Deploy and manage product implementations Conduct/facilitate Risk Management workshop/trainingSince this is a start-up, there will be a multitude of responsibilities, and largely open-ended. As the processes get established, depending on the key strengths and interests, the mix of the above can change.
