Now is your chance to join Our Supply Chain team in Cuddalore, India is looking for an experienced and highly self-driven professional to coordinate and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. Are you ready to contribute your expertise and help shape our global supply chain excellence? Your tasks Develop and implement supply chain strategies to analyze, optimize, and improve performance and cost efficiency across global and domestic markets. Oversee the full supply chain process, including purchasing, inventory management, transportation, and warehousing. Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contractual compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Production, and Finance to forecast demand and develop robust supply plans. Implement new systems and technologies to streamline and enhance supply chain processes. Assess and manage risks that may affect supply chain continuity and take proactive action to mitigate disruptions. Monitor and adjust supply chain operations based on market dynamics, new opportunities, and cost-reduction initiatives. Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards across all supply chain activities. Maintain accurate records, perform reporting and analysis of supply chain performance data. Ensure GMP compliance across all supply chain operations and support delivery of the targeted production plan according to quality standards. Support training and capability building within the team, fostering a culture of integrity, quality, and continuous improvement. Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with customs procedures and related processes. Your profile Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar senior supply chain or procurement role. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, purchasing, and inventory management systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and improvement-driven mindset. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities. Strong computer literacy with hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP required). Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. Post-graduate diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management is an advantage. 10–15 years of experience, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries. Experience with customs processes and governmental liaison is an advantage. Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and changing priorities. Strong command of English; additional local languages are an advantage.
