The ideal person should thrive at the intersection of product, innovation, and scale. The CTO will own the complete technology roadmap, architecture, and execution strategy, driving rapid experimentation, innovation, and excellence across all layers of our stack.You’ll be the key force behind transforming ideas into reality and building systems that are not only robust and scalable, but beautiful in their simplicity and intelligence.Key Responsibilities:Technology Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the long-term tech roadmap aligned with business goals and product vision.Architecture & Product Development: Architect scalable systems from day one, balancing speed with long-term scalability and reliability.Team Building: Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performance engineering team capable of shipping world-class products at speed.Innovation: Drive innovation across AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to create intelligent, adaptive systems.Culture & Leadership: Establish a culture of technical excellence, innovation, ownership, and speed.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Growth, and Design to bring delightful, high-performance experiences to users.Scalability & Security: Ensure robust infrastructure, data integrity, and scalability for rapid expansion.Ideal Profile7–15 years of hands-on technology leadership experience in high-growth startups or product-led companies.Proven experience building or scaling consumer-facing platforms (e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or similar).Strong command over architecture, backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Experience in AI/ML integration, automation systems, or personalisation algorithms is a strong plus.Startup DNA — loves to build fast, iterate faster, and own outcomes.Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out on vision and zoom in on code when required.What Makes This Role SpecialZero to One Impact: You’ll help shape the core technology, product experience, and engineering culture from the ground up.High Autonomy, Real Ownership: Work directly with the founding team to drive strategic and technical decisions that define the company’s trajectory.Equity & Long-Term Growth: Competitive structure designed to reward long-term value creation and company growth.Build Something Iconic: Opportunity to be part of a bold, ambitious journey to build one of the most loved consumer brands of this decade.
