Job Overview:  As a STEM DIY kit Designer, you will design innovative Space & Science educational  and DIY kits that inspire young minds to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Responsibilities: • Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for STEM-based toys and kits. • Create detailed designs and prototypes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Integrate educational content into toys to enhance learning experiences. • Ensure compliance with safety standards during product development. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge concepts. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design, or related fields. • Proven experience in designing educational toys or STEM products. • Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, 3D modelling tools) and rapid prototyping techniques. • Understanding of child development and learning through play. • Familiarity with toy safety regulations. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Passion for education and inspiring young minds.
