Job Description Handle member queries via chat and email promptly and professionally Provide accurate and complete information while maintaining a polite and empathetic tone Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to compliance and process guidelines Maintain data accuracy and proper documentation for all interactions Meet or exceed service quality and productivity targets Exhibit strong written communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking skills Mandatory Skills / Requirements Excellent written communication skills in English Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM with 95% accuracy Strong comprehension and problem-solving ability Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, web navigation, CRM tools) Customer-service-oriented mindset with attention to detail Should not be enrolled in any full-time course Must be comfortable working from office and in night shifts Important Note (Before Applying)
