Project Leadership & Coordination: (Manager: Lead the project team; Executive: Execute tasks). Translate briefs into actionable plans. Coordinate strictly with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and campaigns on time and budget. Financial Oversight & Planning: Prepare detailed proposals, secure cost estimates, and manage project profitability. (Manager: Oversee overall budget ; Executive: Assist with invoicing/documentation ). Ensure adherence to all financial and quality standards. Business Growth: Proactively identify and secure upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. (Manager: Lead pitches and contribute to business strategy ). Key Skills: Requires strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills . Must be proficient in MS Office and have proven experience in an agency, marketing, or event management environment.
