We’re looking for a highly skilled UX/UI & Motion Designer to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences, designing visually engaging interfaces, and bringing interactions to life through motion and micro-animations — we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Do Design experiences that move.  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma  that feel intuitive and alive. Add life through motion.  Build micro-animations, transitions, and motion graphics that elevate storytelling and usability. Craft consistency.  Build and maintain a scalable design system  that ensures a unified look, feel, and rhythm across products. Collaborate & co-create.  Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to launch. Iterate with purpose.  Refine designs based on user insights, analytics, and evolving business goals. Own your craft.  Work independently in a remote-first setup , managing time, details, and deadlines with creative confidence. Champion design quality.  Work closely with the Head of Design  to ensure everything we ship looks sharp and feels right. What You Bring 3–5 years  of experience in UX/UI design , with a strong sense of motion and interaction design. Mastery in Figma  — components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems. Proficiency in After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, or Lottie  to design fluid motion and delightful micro-interactions. A portfolio that showcases end-to-end product thinking , from user flows to polished animated interfaces. A sharp eye for detail, layout, typography, and pacing — because motion is design in time. Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams. Independence, accountability, and a creative spark that thrives without micromanagement. Bonus Points If You Have Hands-on experience with usability testing  and user research . Familiarity with developer handoff  tools and workflows (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.). Awareness of accessibility  and inclusive design  principles. A passion for storyboarding, transitions , and UI choreography.
