The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of content development and management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.As a Community Management Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of our social media accounts, engaging with our online community, and helping to create and curate content. From managing posts to interacting with talent, your work will directly shape how independent professionals experience Outsized.Key responsibilities include:Assist with the management of our social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various platforms (e.g. Community and )Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional mannerHelp create and curate content, such as blog posts, infographics, and videos, that align with our brand and target audienceSupport event planning and execution, including content coordination, promotion, and post-event marketingConduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for social media and community managementAssist with other tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the companyRequired:Any relevant bachelor's degreeBasic knowledge of content development and management, including experience using social media platforms for personal or professional purposesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different brand voicesExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, Mailchimp and Zapier)Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a teamDuration:This is a full-time position with 3 months of probation on a remote basis. Working days include Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm. The first three months of the role will serve as a probation period, during which we will assess your performance and potential fit for a full-time position.
