Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Administrator based in India (Remote) to support our operations. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and providing administrative support. The role involves maintaining communication with customers, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or Similar (mandatory);
Proven experience in lead generation and database maintenance ;
Strong customer service and communication skills;
Experience in order processing and sales administration;
Solid administrative assistance and multitasking abilities;
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales/CRM software;
Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities; and
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
