About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and driving revenue growth by placing top IT talent across our client base in the US.You will collaborate closely with delivery, recruitment, and account management teams to ensure consistent business growth and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. New Business Acquisition:Identify, prospect, and onboard new direct clients, system integrators, and MSP/VMS accounts across the US.Develop and execute lead generation and outreach strategies through calls, emails, , and staffing platforms.Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and service-level agreements.2. Account Management:Build strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs, culture, and timelines.Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.Upsell and cross-sell staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.3. Revenue & Target Ownership:Own quarterly and annual revenue targets.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.Ensure high margins and profitability through effective negotiation and deal structuring.4. Market Intelligence & Collaboration:Stay updated with market trends, rate fluctuations, and skill demand in the US IT landscape.Partner with internal recruitment and marketing teams to optimize talent sourcing and branding efforts.Required Skills & Experience:4–10 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within the US IT Staffing industry.Proven track record of generating new business and closing clients (direct clients or Tier-1 vendors).Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).Experience with VMS portals, MSP programs, and RFP/RFQ processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working in a US time zone (EST/CST/PST).Existing client relationships in the US staffing market.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + attractive commission/bonus structure.Growth opportunities into Senior BDM / Sales Director roles.Exposure to large-scale staffing projects and direct US clients.Work-from-home flexibility with performance-driven culture.Why Join Us:You’ll be part of a high-energy, growth-focused team that’s redefining how IT staffing connects talent with opportunity.
