PKMS / WMi QA Analyst – Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced PKMS / WMi QA Analyst to join our team and support quality assurance activities within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PKMS / Manhattan WMi, strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, and a proven track record in testing complex WMS functionalities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PKMS/WMi enhancements and new deploymentsAnalyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scriptsValidate end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returnsExecute QA cycles, document results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issuesSupport production validation, cutover verification, and go-live readinessWork closely with warehouse operations, IT, and cross-functional teams for successful implementationsProvide support for test data preparation and environment setupRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on testing experience with PKMS / Manhattan WMiStrong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processesExperience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr)Ability to write SQL queries for data validationExperience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with ERP / OMS systems (plus)Excellent communication and documentation skills
