From full-funnel planning to performance reviews that push boundaries, this role is your platform to lead, influence, and build what's next.If you’re ready to turn budgets into business results—and campaigns into case studies—this one’s for you.The Impact You’ll DriveLead integrated media strategies across platforms, with a sharp eye on performance and ROIOwn senior client relationships and translate business goals into scalable media solutionsGuide planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale campaigns across industriesMentor mid-level managers and media executives—raising delivery standards across the boardCollaborate with creative, strategy, data, and tech teams to build seamless, insight-driven campaignsChampion platform innovation, automation, and A/B testing frameworksPresent results with confidence—turning metrics into clear, actionable business insightsWhat You’ll Bring9–10 years of experience in media planning and performance marketing (agency background preferred)Deep knowledge of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, and tools like GA4, Search Ads 360, etc.Familiarity with GenAI tools for planning, forecasting, or creative automationProven success in managing high-value accounts, scaling media performance, and leading teamsStrong strategic and analytical thinking—you’re as comfortable in the data as you are in a pitchExceptional communicator with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior clientsA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
