Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing headsOwn brand performance end-to-end - revenue, ROAS, CAC, retentionBuild and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, CRO, landing pages, and creativeAnalyze numbers daily, spot patterns, and turn insights into actionManage weekly/monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and directionCoordinate with performance, creative, copy, retention, design, and ops teams to keep momentum aliveDrive experiments: offers, funnels, creatives, segments, pages and report outcomesThink business, not channels and make decisions that improve scale & profitabilityIf you want to be the person clients call when they need clarity, direction, and truth - this role is for you.Who You Are (beyond your resumé)You’re comfortable being the face of the account & talking directly to foundersYou communicate clearly, calmly, and confidentlyYou see numbers and instantly look for patternsYou follow through alwaysYou’re creative enough to shape ideasYou’re analytical enough to judge if they’ll workYou’ve worked in at least one of these worlds:copywritingcreative strategyperformance marketingYou’ve probably tasted both extremes: A chaotic startup and a structured organization, so you can bring speed with disciplineYou’re obsessed with business outcomes: More revenue.
