Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition | Epsilon India Epsilon India is seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead high-performing teams, drive talent strategies, and partner closely with global and India leadership. This role is ideal for someone with strong market intelligence, exceptional stakeholder partnership skills, and a passion for building a powerful employer brand. What You’ll Do Build strong partnerships with Leadership, HR, and Hiring Managers to enable a strategic, seamless, and business-aligned recruiting process. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering collaboration, capability-building, and operational excellence. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—including workforce planning, sourcing, assessments, and offer management—for assigned Business Units. Design and implement data-driven recruiting strategies for both domestic and international hiring, informed by talent market intelligence. Leverage diverse sourcing channels (referrals, ATS, job boards, social media, and talent communities) to attract high-quality talent while strengthening Epsilon’s employer brand. Monitor recruiting KPIs and benchmarks to drive continuous improvement in hiring performance and efficiency. Serve as a trusted internal consultant and subject matter expert on recruitment trends, talent insights, and workforce planning. Manage multiple stakeholder needs and deliver effectively against tight hiring timelines for business-critical roles. Use analytics and market intelligence to support talent decisions, provide insights to leadership, and build scalable performance-tracking systems. Support communication, engagement, and employer branding initiatives to reinforce organizational culture and priorities. Qualifications 15–18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven success leading high-performing hiring teams. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with globally dispersed leadership. High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism, with the ability to manage confidential information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot patterns, bring structure to decision-making, and drive consistent execution. Decisive, fast learner with the agility to influence, adapt quickly, and drive change across diverse leadership styles. Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to inspire trust and build strong partnerships across functions.
