If you thrive on taking ownership, have a passion for learning and enjoy challenging the status quo, we want to hear from youJob Description:Should have worked in complex manufacturing environment.5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry (preferably in Electronic Manufacturing )Good technical expertise in accounting principles, cost management and COGS trackingShould be able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Act as a Business Finance partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business teams.Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Track record of driving process improvements and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.SCM finance manager who is having very good working knowledge in SAP/Similar ERP.Fluency in English required; proficiency in Kannada is desirable .Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain finance preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience: 5 - 10 yearsEducation: CMA/MBA/CA/BE with production engineering or similar qualificationDiversity and Inclusion Statement:Tejas Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
