Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VMware and VDI - VMware Horizon with a background in the Process Manufacturing Industry being a plus. This role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.


Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Oversee the execution of project plans managing resources timelines and budgets effectively.Provide technical expertise in VMware and VDIVMware Horizon to ensure project success.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders regularly.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Facilitate project meetings including kick-off status updates and post-mortem reviews.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.Develop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules and reports.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment encouraging open communication and teamwork.Utilize industry best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in VMware and VDIVMware Horizon with hands-on experience in implementation and management.Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Display a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
