Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated GRC Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Disaster Recovery and Risk Management. This role involves ensuring the companys compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risks effectively. The candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our IT infrastructure and ensuring business continuity.


Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive IT Disaster Recovery plans to ensure business continuity.Oversee risk management processes to identify assess and mitigate potential risks.Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards.Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of disaster recovery and risk management strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.Lead the development of training programs to educate employees on risk management and disaster recovery protocols.Monitor and report on the status of disaster recovery and risk management initiatives.Ensure timely updates and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and risk management documentation.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Develop and implement incident response plans to address potential IT disruptions.Provide expert advice on risk mitigation strategies and disaster recovery best practices.Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance disaster recovery and risk management capabilities.Ensure alignment of disaster recovery and risk management strategies with the companys overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in IT Disaster Recovery and Risk Management.Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery plans.Have a proven track record in conducting risk assessments and audits.Show expertise in regulatory compliance and industry standards.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications Required

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
