We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance.

What weâll get you doing:

  • Quote Generation, Order Processing, Complete Sales team paperwork related to change orders, product returns, customer credit requests, new account creation forms,

  • Ability to follow up with internal and external customers to ensure/confirm on-time delivery of product orders

  • Be a liaison between the sales team and support departments throughout the organization

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • B.Sc or B.com or equivalent degree along with 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to communicate over telephone with proper etiquette

  • Customer Relationship Management
