Title: Team Lead Market Research
Location: Mumbai/Delhi
SBU: Research Team
Reporting to: Senior Team Lead Data Operations
Key Responsibility (Operations)

Execute research mandates across multiple sectors.
Analyze and understand the requirement of internal as well as external clients in perspective of the sector to be covered.
Conducting detailed analysis of client data, market research and competitor research to identify, understand and evaluate business objectives and requirements.
Working directly with key stakeholders, internally and with senior management clients, to evaluate and recommend strategic options from a market research perspective, based on the analysis performed.
Prepare research reports single-handedly or in tandem with the team depending on the mandate.
Market size estimation techniques and forecasting, undertake peer and industry benchmarking including financial and operational benchmarking.
Works cohesively with other team members from different departments.

Key Responsibility (Business Development)

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in client meetings to demonstrate capability, generate awareness, and interest in the practice.
Help develop quality marketing collateral such as case studies and white papers to promote Dun & Bradstreet research services.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement and repeat sales.
Prepare proposals and concept notes to help the sales team win mandates, negotiate terms, and close contracts.

Key Responsibility (Customer Engagement)

Responsible for client engagement, project planning, and delivery.
Supervise a cross-functional team to ensure client deliverables are satisfactorily met.
The resource will also coordinate and supervise any consultants or vendors that would be deployed as part of the project engagement.

Create a positive environment and an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team.
