Job Overview:


Prestige University seeks a dynamic and strategic Outreach Head to lead and expand our outreach efforts across India, SAARC, and GCC regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in educational outreach, team building, and strategic partnerships. This role is critical in enhancing the university’s presence and engagement with prospective students and key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Outreach and Engagement::

a. Develop and implement outreach strategies targeting schools (CBSE, IGCSE, Delhi, Maharashtra), UG colleges (engineering, applied arts, science, commerce), and coaching institutes (CAT/XAT, GRE/GMAT).

b. Establish partnerships with study-abroad consultancies, independent and school-attached career counsellors, admission fairs, and third-party admission portals.

c. Organize and coordinate seminars, open houses, workshops, and webinars to promote Prestige University and engage with prospective students and influencers.


2. Team Leadership and Development::

a. Build and lead a high-performing outreach team to execute the university’s outreach strategy across India, SAARC, and GCC regions.

b. Mentor and manage the outreach team, ensuring alignment with university goals and objectives.

c. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve maximum impact.


3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

a. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, career counsellors, and other key stakeholders.

b. Represent Prestige University at national and international education fairs, conferences, and other relevant events.


4. Reporting and Analysis:

a. Track outreach activities and provide regular reports to the Director of Admissions.

b. Analyse data to assess the success of outreach initiatives and inform future strategies.


Skills Required:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.



Additional Note: The Board of Studies will set admissions standards.
