Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the recruitment and hiring process for various roles within the company.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee welfare, performance management, and the onboarding process.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, providing support and addressing concerns.
  • Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR (preferably in tech startups) OR freshers with a strong interest in HR are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
