Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Website Search Engine Optimization professional to join our fast-paced team. This role demands someone who can thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage tight deadlines efficiently, work with internal & client stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

In-depth experience in following

  • On-Page SEO


Implement backlink strategies to enhance on-page optimization

Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.

Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and HTML tags (title, meta descriptions, headers).

Implement structured data (Schema markup) to improve search visibility.

Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and adheres to search engine guidelines.

  • Off-Page SEO:


Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.

Analyze backlink profiles and disavow toxic links as needed.

Collaborate with external partners to acquire high-quality backlinks.

  • Technical SEO:


Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links,

duplicate content, or crawl errors.

Optimize website speed and performance.

Monitor website architecture and recommend improvements for better crawling and

indexing.

  • Analytics Reporting


Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g.,

SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and analyze performance.

Create and present monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaboration:


Work closely with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.

Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Analyze website data, track keyword rankings and make data driven optimization to improve search performance.

  • The candidate should have proficiency in 


HTML and CSS to effectively optimize website elements, Google Keyword Planner

website performance optimization, URL structure for enhanced crawlability and user 

experience, indexability, website security measures, mobile optimization and implementation of SSL certificates.  

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to

improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Website Search Engineer Optimization professional.
  • Proven track record of developing complex Website Search Engineer Optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
