Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team in India. The Sales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential service providers in the US, explaining the benefits of joining our platform, and guiding them through the registration and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential service providers across various home service categories in the US.
- Explain the features and benefits of InstaService to potential service providers.
- Guide service providers through the registration and onboarding process.
- Ensure all required documentation and information is collected and accurately recorded.
- Follow up with service providers to ensure they complete the registration process.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with service providers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly onboarding targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve the onboarding process and service provider experience.
- Work during US business hours to effectively communicate with service providers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales agent, telemarketer, or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of home services and the needs of service providers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work in US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the on-demand services industry.
- Familiarity with the US market and potential service providers.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in regional languages of the US.
