Role: Property Management Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Property Manager in preparing and managing budgets.
- Coordinating with tenants for inquiries, complaints, and document submissions.
- Assisting in setting rental rates and ensuring timely lease renewals.
- Supporting the collection of rent and follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, expenses, tenant correspondence, and other operational activities.
- Preparing reports for the Property Manager on occupancy rates, financial performance, and other metrics.
- Communicating with vendors and service providers for quotations and contract discussions.
Other Requirements:
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years in property management, real estate, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of property regulations and leasing agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Location: Chennai
Gross CTC: ₹3LPA
Office Timing: 09:30 A.M. to 06:00 P.M.
