Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder - Sales & Business Development at Bhoomishakti Agritech Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading sales and business development initiatives, building and managing client relationships, developing channel sales, growth strategies, and driving revenue generation.


Compensation

Equity and Revenue sharing along with basic fixed salary.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles
  • Proven experience in dealing with agents and dealers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet targets
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer insights
  • Experience in the Agriculture or Agri tech industry
  • Graduation in Agriculture is an added advantage
