Role Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Lead with 3–5 years of experience in client-facing solution delivery, preferably within AI or deep tech companies. This role involves managing the delivery of AI-powered solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client success. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding, strong project management, and client-centric problem-solving abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:

  • Understand client requirements, identify challenges and opportunities for AI-based solutions.
  • Develop and deliver tailored AI solutions that align with client objectives and drive optimal results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and alignment of deliverables with business goals.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met.
  • Implement agile processes to manage tasks efficiently and maintain delivery excellence.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to align on project goals.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and support team members in achieving deliverables.

AI Solution Deployment:

  • Assist in implementing AI solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on generative AI and advanced technologies.
  • Ensure solutions align with client objectives and business impact goals.

Reporting and Updates:

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear documentation for process improvements and knowledge sharing.



Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3–5 years in client-facing solution delivery roles, preferably in AI or deep tech industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, and foundational AI systems is highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Experience managing tasks using agile methodologies, certifications such as Scrum Master or equivalent are a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced studies or certifications in AI/tech are an advantage.
