Company DescriptionTESON, based in Mumbai, is a product development and technical consulting company specializing in innovative solutions for the software, electronics, and IoT industries.Using cutting-edge Agile engineering techniques, TESON delivers software and hardware initiatives that help clients transform their respective industries.Our mission?To enable seamless integration of advanced technology in a rapidly evolving market and to do it with creativity, precision, and purpose.Location: Teson LLP Office, ThaneEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe’re looking for a creative storyteller who can bring ideas to life through visuals and motion.As our Graphic Designer + Video Editor, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Teson communicates from stunning product visuals to compelling brand campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging creatives for social media, product campaigns, and marketing assets.Edit and produce videos, reels, and motion graphics.Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex tech ideas into clear, visual stories.Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation styles, and editing techniques.Support product and marketing teams with high-quality visuals and content.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.1–3 years of experience in graphic design or video editing.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva or similar tools.Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Good to HaveExperience or interest in UI/UX Design, understanding user flows, and creating design systems is a plusA creative portfolio that demonstrates your range and storytelling ability.
