Location: South Delhi

Responsibilities:

Respond to guest reviews across platforms like Google, Agoda, MakeMyTrip (MMT), and others, using tools such as Rannkly.

Monitor and manage online reputation by engaging with customers on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

Maintain a positive brand presence by crafting thoughtful, professional responses to feedback.

Work closely with our marketing and operations team to ensure a cohesive brand voice.

Stay updated on industry trends and proactively suggest strategies for enhancing our online reputation.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills.

Creative bent of mind.

Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.

Eagerness to learn and meet new people.

Capacity to conduct independent research from variety of sources.
