Business Development Manager (BDM)


Position Overview:


As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers. Your ability to negotiate deals and collaborate with the sales team will be vital in achieving our revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Present the company’s services and solutions to potential clients with professionalism and persuasion.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close business deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to target qualified leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • Prepare reports and present business development progress to senior management.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B telemarketing environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet revenue goals.
