Job Overview:**We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, manage our online communities, and grow our brand’s digital footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing, with a passion for photography and visual storytelling.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Content Strategy & Planning:** Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.- **Content Creation & Curation:** Collaborate with our photography team to create and curate visually compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).- **Community Management:** Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- **Growth & Analytics:** Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.- **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and messaging across all social channels.- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and leverage these to enhance our social media presence.- **Collaborations & Partnerships:** Identify and engage with potential influencers, brand partners, and collaborators to expand our reach.- **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new projects, services, and events.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the photography, creative, or visual arts industry.- Strong portfolio showcasing social media management skills and content creation.- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques is a plus.- Photography and basic graphic design skills are advantageous
