Role Description:


A4Assist is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a full-time on-site Senior Research Executive role based in Udaipur. As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' businesses. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including Candidate Sourcing, Client Communication, Pre-Screening, project coordination, lead prospecting, administrative support, and exceptional customer service. Your daily interactions will involve liaising with clients, overseeing projects, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.


Qualifications:


  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the RPO Industry.
  • Direct Client communication Experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.


NOTE: We are looking for Candidates to assist US clients, so it will be a Night Shift On-Site Role. Apply only if you are comfortable with it.
