Principal Product Security Engineer

Pune/Mumbai (Hybrid)

We're looking for a leader to champion secure development across our entire product line.

You'll design and implement best practices, conduct assessments, and collaborate with teams to build trust in ConnectWise applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Security architect & advisor for product development
  • Vulnerability assessments, threat modeling & penetration testing
  • Drive secure coding & secure SDLC implementation
  • Communicate security risks & solutions effectively across all levels
  • Strong foundation in core information security principles and concepts (encryption, authentication, etc. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated security topics in simple terms to technical and non-technical stakeholder


We need a rockstar with:

  • 8+ years of experience securing enterprise applications
  • Deep understanding of application security best practices
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills


Bonus points for:

  • Experience with security automation tools (SAST, DAST, SCA)
  • Knowledge of common programming languages (.NET, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in web application security issues and standards (ex. OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, etc.)
